The resolution is in the interest of all humanity and its messages are universal. Its adoption will send a message about the importance of building sustainable peace, preventing genocide and educating young generations in the spirit of tolerance and togetherness, said Bećirović.
The conversation with the Ambassador of Liberia, Sarah Safyn Fyneah, is just one of a series of meetings that the chairman of the BiH Presidency, Denis Bećirović, will hold in New York as part of intensive activities with the aim of adopting the resolution on July 11 as an international day of remembrance and commemoration of the genocide in Srebrenica committed in 1995.
