The Commissioner also spoke of the fulfillment of President Joseph Boakai promise to construct a new dormitory for RMU students, aimed at addressing accommodation challenges. He proudly reported the completion of the project commenced subsequent dedication.
He talked about Liberia’s status as a major Global Shipping Registry and its commitment to resuming full operations of the Liberia Maritime Training Institute (LMTI) in Marshall, which will provide essential training for young seafarers.
