ASSET RECOVERY boss, Cllr. Edward Kla Martin has the mentality liking to the likes of Charles G. Taylor and Adolf Hitler. They both wanted to be conquerors and rule their separate worlds, but even though extremely powerful, they lost their respective wars because they were fighting on too many fronts at the same time.
They spread their manpower and resources thin, rendering their suppliers lines incapable of sustaining their separate wars effort on their various fronts.
Owing to this major inability on the part of Taylor and Hitler to adequately supply and sustain their respective wars, under the command and control of Washington DC, Paris, London and Moscow regrouped, merged forces and defeated Hitler’s Berlin. On the flip side, Freetown, Conakry and Abidjan ganged up and defeated Taylor’s Monrovia.
Cllr. Martin has chosen to indict more like forces and have more cases in court than he can possibly manage, control and prosecute with his meagar-resources. For bitting on more than he can chew, his uncaculated actions, have conscientiously or unconsciously awaken a sleeping giant that has already expired into a Rip Van Winkle’s mode.
Cllr. Martin being In the position of being fully aware that “like forces attract, and merge” the regrouping and reorganization of the opposition political parties that is in full operational effect, are primarily based on fear of being prosecuted by the Asset Recovery Commission. Cllr. Edward Kla Martin, knowingly or unknowingly is primarily responsible for this new opposition reawakening.
To counter and distract Government’s Anti-Corruption fight and effort, that has become a “TOOTHLESS POLITICAL BULLDOG, WITH ALL BARKS AND NO BITES”, outside the opposition most prominent leader, major and outstanding opposition actors have seemingly gathered their financial resources, reorganized their camps and bases and are preparing legally and financially to take head on the Anti-Corruption fight.
This is a candid example of “CORRUPTIONS FIGHTING BACK AND LIKE FORCES ATTRACT”. In the end game, if caution is not perfected, and one Indictment and one case victory at a time, Pres. Boakai’s corruption fight will fade into history without any sustainable achievements.
One is left to wonder, before assuming the role of Asset Recovery boss, going after some of the most powerful, influential, wealthy and elites of the Republic. did Cllr. Edward Kla Martin think of the negative implications, risks and death threats associated with the job?
Has he so soon forgotten all those allegedly murdered in the last regime, probably by some of the very people that he hopes to place at the South Beach, behind bars?
Owing to this, as of the writing of this article, Cllr. Martin is supposedly the most feared, most hated, most wanted and most sort after government official alive. He has a suicidal desire and is blindfolded marching in that direction.
Unfortunately, for Cllr. Martin, the President of the Republic of Liberia, His Excellency, Joseph Nyuma Boakai’s legacy, that is imbued in his Anti-Corruption fight achievements, seemingly and largely depends on his Anti-Corruption fight success story. Too much weight to carry for an unprepared, unequipped, under-budgeted, under-supported and unsophisticated Asset Recovery Commission.
Cllr. Martin must take a sober reflection of what is yet to come, trusting no future however pleasant it may seem. He has to realize that the most permanent security bosses that are by-far less hated and sort after than he is, has taken the necessary security measures by taking their respective families into safety in foreign parts, relieving themselves of the heavy burden of fleeing with families in the case of any eventually.
Cllr. Martin, you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to by now, have figured out that you and your immediate family lives are in danger. I am sure that you are aware that after your job phases away, you and your family can no longer live peacefully in Liberia, without constantly looking over their shoulders.
If the Anti-Corruption fight is successful or unsuccessful by now, your wife and children should be in a safe location abroad completely out of harm’s way. Your security details must be hand-picked by only you, capable of securing your life and loyal to only you. Your security should be air tight second to that of the President and Vice President of the Republic, because your have chosen “THE MOST DANGEROUS JOB IN THE REPUBLIC.” You must have emergency and slot funds capable of sustaining yourself, while retreating into safety. Be wise!
Cllr. Edward Kla Martin, your would-have-been action of June 30th, if caution was not exercised and taken at the most appropriate time, would have probably destroyed the peace and stability of the Republic. With or without awareness, fueling the July 17 protest.
The continuation of the body politics depends
largely on your ability to calculate the possible outcome of your indictments and if need be, consult and run it by the security bosses before taking any said actions.
Remember that the below men pictures next to yours, thought that they were invisible until one committed suicide and the other is lingering behind bars. Consider their miscalculated actions in your own settings and open your eyes.
In closing, Cllr. Edward Kla Martin, “HAVE YOU STORED ENOUGH SUNSHINE TODAY, FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY’S RAINY DAYS TOMORROW, PROBABLY SPENDING SAME IN EXILE?” After the cheerleaders retire, the noise fades into echoes and the echoes became a deafening silence, the only protective shield that will be left standing by your side is you immediate family. Stop putting them at risk, like the wise security bosses, take them to safety before time runs out. A HINT.
So Cllr. Edward Kla Martin, a fight of this magnitude, “ONLY FOOLS RUSH IN WHERE ANGELS FEAR TO TREAD.”
