Monrovia-Liberia has again dropped in  the latest FIFA Men’s ranking dropping from 151 to 154 places in the world.

The latest report has further injured the morale of Liberia’s senior National Team, the Lone Star of Liberia  after  failing to  win a game in their last six games .

The latest FIFA World Ranking  comes in the wake of constant protest by some Liberians that the Football Association president Mustapha Raji should  Step Down as president of the LFA because the national team has not done well under his administration

Prior to the latest FIFA World Ranking of which Liberia shamefully dropped two places from 151 place to 153rd in the world, there were mixed reactions about the ongoing protestations initiated by some aggrieved fans of Lone Star calling for Raji’s removal.

It appears like the protesters have garnered extra motivation using the new position of Liberia on the FIFA World Ranking as another justification that the FA Boss, Mustapha I. Raji and his likes, should vacate the football house owing to the digression of the National Team.

The aggrieved football fans have intensified the ‘Raji Step Down Campaign’ as the protest has hit an unexpected ten days.

Few days ago, a group of disenchanted Lone Star’s supporters under the banner “Aggrieved Lone Star Fans” announced a non-stop protest action against the LFA boss over the dismal performances of the National Team of Liberia.

Liberia has become the latest whipping boys on the continent with the FIFA World Ranking depicting another setback in terms of process as a nation.

Liberia is rank above Singapore , Malta , Chad , Djibouti , Somalia  among others. Coach Keita Ansu boys got a double defeat at  the hands of Malawi and Equatorial Guinea at home weeks ago at the SKD Sports Complex.

The group demanded clarity on the Orange Sponsorship Deal with the National Team, the clandestine manner of the LFA Headquarters Project and several others.

It is no secret that Lone Star has been dingy in continental football encounters with the latest FIFA World Ranking placing Liberia in the lowest rank amongst its regional counterparts.

Since the ascendancy of the current LFA Boss, the National Team of Liberia have witnessed nothing but a gloomy prospect as football’s pundits have placed the blame squarely at the feet of Mr. Mustapha I. Raji and group of Executive Committee Members.

According to the aggrieved fans, the refusal of football authorities to address the downward state of Liberia’s senior national team, the Lone Star, has prompted a new wave of non-stop protests, while also calling for the immediate dismissal of Coach Keita.
